1. PM/PE is responsible for all RFQ / sampling / pilot / ramp-up project of GSS SHA in terms of timeline, quality and cost.

2. Preview and assessment of new project with SCM / Engineering / Production / Quality and define the scope of work, timeline and project team.

3. Identify the project risks and prepare the respective preventive measures and escalate in advance of such risk in case occurs.

4. Manage all open projects on regular basis to update the status and follow up on the milestones.

5. Keep the project team together to ensure all tasks assigned are well prepared and on time, and in case of deviation, provide support or escalation to keep project on track.

6. Central communication contact person from GSS SHA for all projects towards Headquarter and customers (via proper channels).

  

Requirements：

  

1. Education: bachelor on mechanical or similar

2. 5+ year experience in similar mechanical / equipment industry for project management

3. Strong project management skills and experience, PMP or equivalent certificate preferred

4. Excellent English speaking and communication skill

5. Strong interpersonal relationship skill and experience

6. Computer skill: MS Excel, Project, etc.

  7.  Self organized, team player, personal integrity, target oriented, used to work under certain pressure.

工作时间：做五休二， 周末双休，8:00-16:30
