职位描述

Role Summary: 

Full responsibility for business development and operation of assigned target building owner customers in China, including Hongkong. The goal is to establish the sales with building owner and increase annual sales revenue全面负责中国(包括香港)指定目标建筑业主客户的业务发展和运营。目标是与业主建立销售关系,增加年销售收入             

Report to Head of Sales, he/she will be the driver for all sales & marketing activity in the region with full ownership of development and implementation of sales strategy.  向中国区销售总经理汇报,全面推动销售和营销活动的,对销售战略的制定和实施拥有完全的所有权。

  • Grow Sales revenue 增加销售收入      

  • Increase Avire’s market/customer knowledge. 增加欧捷的市场知名度

  • Develop and implement business development/sales strategy and action plans for the region. 制定并实施该地区的业务发展/销售战略和行动计划

  • High customer visit activity level (min 8 per week expected) 高客户拜访活动水平(预计每周至少8次)


Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales / Business Development responsibilities / activities to include: 销售/业务发展职责/活动包括:

    • Develop the sales strategy, working plan for the assigned building owner business

      为指定的建筑业主业务制定销售策略和工作计划

    • Implement the working plan and achieve the annual sales target.

      执行工作计划,完成年度销售目标

    • Development & Establish excellent business relationships with assigned customer group

      与指定客户群建立良好的业务关系

    • Understand in detail the assigned customer group with customer structure, requirement, key decision makers and decision-making process

      详细了解指定的客户群,包括客户组织架构、需求、关键决策者和决策流程

    • Lead sales pitch development, product presentations, sales negotiations, tender preparations for supply contract bids to customer创建销售宣传,产品介绍,投标 参与销售谈判                      

  • Lead and drive customer problem resolution; act as a liaison between our customers engineering/production teams to resolve quality / reliability / delivery issues to meet customer expectations领导和推动客户问题的解决;作为客户工程部门和公司生产团队之间的联络人,解决质量,售后,交付问题,以满足客户的期望
  • Lead the building owner sales and cooperate with regional sales team to duplicate and grow the business in China national region.领导建筑类业主销售,与区域销售团队合作,发展中国区域的业务。         
  • Other Sales activities / responsibilities: 其他销售活动/职责:

    • Attend weekly sales conference call 参加每周的销售会议

    • Produce a monthly sales report编制月度销售报告

    • Attend sales & marketing meetings as required 根据需要参加销售和营销会议

    • Produce accurate monthly rolling forecast 编制准确的月度滚动预测

    • Account receivable control. 应收账款控制 

  • Responsible and accountable for overall sales performance in assigned market:

    对指定市场的整体销售业绩负责:          

    • Year on Year sales growth销售额同比增长

    • Annual Revenue Plan段销售计划完成

    • Gross Margin growth 毛利率增长

                          

Qualification Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred but not required. 学士学位,工程优先,不特别强制要求。

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales & marketing experience in B2B environment.

    至少5B2B环境下的销售和营销经验

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales & marketing experience working directly with building owner

    至少3年直接向建筑类业主合作的销售和营销经验,例如安防产品销售

  • Industrial background, elevator industry experience preferred but not required.

    工业行业销售背景,有电梯行业经验优先,但不特别强制要求。

  • Fluent English reading and writing,流利的英语读写
