1.    根据指导，对指定产品或技术问题分析与研究并找到解决方案；

2.    完成相关产品的技术文件包的收集、整理，支持销售业务；

3.    根据指导并逐步独立完成指定产品的DHF（设计开发历史文件）确保通过产品注册与审核；

Following guidance, finish assigned DHF to pass related product registration and audits.

4.    根据指导，完成产品的风险管理分析与报告及产品可用性分析与报告的编写，满足产品验证要求，确保符合相关标准及QMS的要求。

Following guidance, finish risk management report and usability/human factor report， that should meet product validation requirement, QMS compliance or standard upgrade. 

5.    根据指导维护和更新研发程序文件/工作流程以持续改善效率和合规性；

Following guidance, maintain and update R&D procedure/SOP in order to keep improving efficiency and regulation compliance

6.    按时完成其他指定的工作

Other assigned tasks.

任职资格：

Qualifications: 

1.教育程度：机械制造、材料加工或理工类相关专业，大学本科以上学历。

Education: Mechanical manufacturing, materials processing or other engineering related majors, college degree or above.

2. 职业技能：具有良好专业技术理论知识，熟悉塑料制品的结构和特性，熟悉生产制造流程，熟练运用计算机和绘图软件。

Professional skills: excellent professional theory knowledge, be familiar with plastic product structure and features, familiar with manufacturing process, skillfully use computer and drawing software

3. 英语口语流利，书面交流顺畅

Good oral and written English skills

4. 工作经验： 二年以上生产制造企业技术岗位实际工作经验。

Experience: More than 2 year experience of technical engineer in manufacturer.

5. 综合要求：积极向上，认真负责，具有良好的产品技术能力，有一定组织、协调、沟通能力，良好的职业道德和团队协作精神。

General requirement: Always positive, serious and responsible, has strong capability on product technology, good skill on organization, coordination, communication, good writing skills, professional ethics and team cooperation spirit

6. 具有良好的心理素质和职业抗压能力。
