职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets by executing Commercial Strategy.
- Manage and grow sales in business team Textile, including distribution channel and direct customer management.
- Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting.
- Make business plan, MDB & BP5.
- Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, KA team, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market.
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in south and north China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Textile, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or business management.
- At least 4-5 year working experience of sales or business development in related industries
- At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies.
- Be familiar with Textile Auxiliaries industry or chemical industries
- Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;
- Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
- Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleagues, customers and distributors;
- Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;
- Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas;
