1、新项目（客户）开发对接

    协助公司销售部/商务部跟进新开发客户的各项合同、协议、证书等文件的传递与沟通,

    主动对所管辖区域内的准客户资料进行收集暨拜访，其中包括各类信息收集，客户信息更新，保洁行业各地薪资标准，各类招投标信息等

2、老项目（客户）维护与服务

    协助公司销售部/商务部对老客户进行定期的拜访，将客户要求及时反馈并在条件范围进行合理的解决

项目运营的日常管理

    根据公司运营标准，对所管辖区域的客户服务进行保质保量的完成, 

   根据公司运营管理要求，对所管辖区域的服务人员（包括不限于保洁、保安、厨工等）进行招聘、培训、薪资确认、工作安排、薪资调整等管理工作

   根据公司招聘管理要求，组建与管理所管辖区域的业务团队

   根据公司业务发展需要，随时做好出差准备，支援公司其他项目。
