Job Description:

Focusingonthe
overall professional solution design, pre-sales for enterprisefaxserver
/ enterprise content management solution (ECM),provideprofessional
consulting service to customer.

1.DesignEnterprise
fax server / Enterprise contentmanagement(ECM/DMS)solutions, bid and
proposal based on customerneeds/status.Consult and train internal
support team forproduct/processes/cases.Analyze potential opportunities
and followManaged Service market

2. Opportunities analysis, Bid proposal for fax server / DMS part

3. Maximizing sales revenue, market share, and profit margin through cost improvement and proper pricing policy;

4. Initiate, plan, organize and manage resource for specific project;

5. Support B.D team to do the market development

6. Help support team to build up competence as business development required

Candidate Requirements:

1. Education background: College degree or above, major in telecommunication, electrical engineering, computer science etc.

2. Working experience: more than 3 years experience on system integration or big system support / development:

- Enterprise Fax Server

- Document Management System (DMS/ECM)

- PABX / IPT / Call Center / IVRS

- Windows OS, AD

- Exchange / Lotus / SMTP based email system

- MS SQL server

3. Computer skill: skillful at fundamental tools like PPT, Word

4. Language ability: strong presentation skill; Fluently listening, speaking, reading and writing skill in English

5. Other requirements: Familiar with system integration on IT/Communication

6. Cisco / Avaya VoIP / Fax server / ECM service/engineering experience is preferred

7. Frequent travel may required
