【岗位职责】

1、带领课程顾问销售团队，实现每日、周期和月度销售目标，以达成销售和服务目标；

2、帮助团队提高销售过程的效率，挖掘并激励新人的潜力；

3、完善并监督课程顾问每日KPI目标，确保达成学习目标和业绩指标；

4、把握教育行业动态，及时给与团队业务及销售技巧系统培训。

【岗位要求】

1、2年以上销售经验，1年以上管理经验，至少管理过3名下属；

2、出色的销售技能，并需提供top sale 或top team 的成功案例；

3、强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力；

4、强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（必要时可接受灵活的工作时间安排）；

5、如有教育/培训行业销售类岗位工作经验，可优先录用（例如：新东方、昂立、学而思、精锐、优胜、vipabc、vipkid、dadaabc、哒哒英语、华尔街、51talk、韦博、小站教育、沪江、朗阁、新航道、环球雅思、瑞思学科、海风、学霸君等相关机构）

【薪资待遇】

1、底薪（8-10K，按业绩情况，每月调整）+业绩提成+奖金；

2、签订正式编制的劳动合同，缴纳五险一金；

3、提供午餐，如需租房，公司配合寻找的附近房源；

4、团队聚餐、生日会、每天下午茶零食、丰富多彩的员工活动；
