Job Description 岗位描述：

Summary: production training, support of new farm launch and issue solving.

总体：生产培训，支持新农场的启动和问题解决

Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in SC. Identify training needs through various methods, develop training materials, PowerPoint presentations, training guides, exercises, quizzes, etc. Administer, organize, and develop training sessions based on the needs of the company.               

准备、促进、监督、评估和记录SC的培训活动，通过各种方法确定培训需求，开发培训材料，PowerPoint演示文稿、培训指南、练习测验等。根据公司的需求开发、组织和管理培训课程。

Main Responsibilities主要职责:

• Classroom theory training and work with staff on site practical production training

课堂理论培训和员工现场实操培训  

• Administer all training activities and efforts at the farm level

管理农场生产层面的所有培训活动和工作             

• Assess training needs for new and existing employees;

评估新员工和现有员工的培训需求      

• Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps；

         确定内部和外部培训计划，以解决能力差距

• Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs;  

 组织、制定或整合培训计划，以满足特定的培训需求；    

• Refine/update/develop all training aids such as manuals, handbooks, SOPs   
• /完善/更新/所有培训辅助工具，如指引、手册、标准操作程序 
• Inform employees about training options and map out training plans for individual employees; ；                               向员工告知培训方案，向学员个人反馈培训进展；          
• Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools;

使用公认的培训技术和工具提供培训  

• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, computer-based training, on-the-job coaching;

        通过包括课堂教学、基于计算机的培训、岗位指导等多种授课方式促进学员掌握；     

• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness;
• 并应用评估工具来衡量培训的有效性
• Track and report on training outcomes;
• 和报告培训结果；             
• Provide feedback to program participants and management;
• 目参与者和管理层提供反馈；             
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology;
• 培训材料和方法并提出建议；             
• Maintain employee training records;
• 员工培训记录；             
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment;
• 培训活动的后勤工作，包括场地和设备；             
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers;
• 并维护与外部培训供应商的关系；             
• Coordinate on/off-site training activities for employees;
• 员工的现场/非现场培训活动
• Keep improvement on training design and methodology;
• 改进培训设计和方法；             
• Performing other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements任职资格:

• Education: Bachelor's and master's degree in a related field
• ：相关领域的学士和硕士学位             
• Strong production theoretical and practical knowledge
• 的生产理论和实践知识    
• A minimum 3 years working experience in the farm.
• 3年现代体系养猪场工作经验。             
• At minimum 1 year of training/ supervisor background
• 1年的培训/主管背景             

l  Domestic Travel Required

需要国内出差   

l  Able to speak and write in English is a plus

• Experience: 经验：             
• Experience with instruction or training, knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles, training methodologies, learning management systems, and competency assessment.
• 学或培训经验，掌握成人教学理论和原则、培训方法、学习管理系统和能力评估方法。             
• Professional experience in all farm department (GTC, breeding and gestation, farrowing, nursery, finishing, on/off test and selection, farm management & pig production management software).
• 场各部门工作经验（公猪站、妊娠、分娩、保育、育肥、测定和选种，农场生产管理和生猪生产管理软件）。        
• Special Skills: Self-motivator, planning and organizing, data gathering and analysis, problem analysis and problem solving, presentation skills, facilitation skills, coaching skills, adaptable, team player.
• 技能要求：自我激励、计划和组织、数据收集和分析、问题分析和解决、简报技能、引导技能、教练技能、适应力、团队合作能力。             
• Communication Skills: Presentation, facilitation and coaching skills with all levels of management and hourly.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Team Members at all levels in the organization.
