Key focus:

• Responsible for month end financial closing activities.
• Responsible for tax related tasks to ensure comply with China Tax regulations.
• Responsible for internal management and statutory reporting preparation and analysis.
• Responsible for annual FS audit process.
• Continuous improvement of site accounting processes.
• Financial Support on any Ad-Hoc projects might take place in China in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with regional functional management, Dalian Shared Service Center to complete monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing.

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly Balance sheet & P&L analysis.

• Provide financial support to site in the area of accounting, reporting and analysis (e.g. monthly SG&A analysis report, expense forecast, AOP preparation and etc.)
• Responsible for monthly tax filing including VAT, stamp duty and other tax.
• Responsible for issue VAT invoices and VAT reconciliation.
• Responsible for Statistics reporting package to local Statistics Bureau.
• Responsible for quarterly and annual corporate income tax filing.
• Responsible for quarterly segment P&L analysis and annual TPD preparation.

• Support for all internal, external and governmental audits (e.g., SOXs, PwC, local Customs House audit, and local Tax Bureau’s audit).

• Responsible for China GAAP and US GAAP reconciliation
• Manage and perform standard cost updates and quarterly standard cost review
• Perform cost closing and ensure the cost process accurate
• Develop control procedures and ensure proper internal controls over the use of site assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting qualification.
• 3 plus years relevant experiences in tax and accounting function in foreign enterprises.
• Advanced level of MS-Office skills and SAP( SAP HANA expertise is strongly preferred)
• Good knowledge on China GAAP and US GAAP
• Good knowledge in month end close and reporting.
• Experience in FS audit process
• Self-motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure
• Good at written and spoken English.
• A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
