Main Responsibility主要职责：

- Work under the leadership of head of Executive Education of SKEMA China to manage the daily operation of EMBA program.

在中国中心高管培训负责人的领导下，管理EMBA项目的日常运营。

- Work closely with the Director of Global Executive MBA program on teaching schedule, resolve the problem in due course, and to ensure that delivery schedules for the program are achieved in a timely manner.

与EMBA项目的学术负责人紧密合作，进行教学课时安排，解决期间存在的问题，确保课程按时进行。

- Take responsibility for event management on designated projects, including open ceremonies, graduation ceremonies and other activities.

负责委派项目的活动管理，包括开幕式，毕业典礼及其他活动安排。

- Deliver excellent customer service to students of EMBA program, by means of dealing independently with all enquires, by telephone, email, wechat, and to ensure that they are given accurate advice.

为EMBA项目学生提供优质的教育服务。独立处理学生电话、邮件和微信，确保信息传递准确无误。

- Collect and analyze the statistical data of course evaluation of the program and communicate with the relevant professors timely for continuous improvement of students’ satisfaction.

收集并分析学生的课评，并及时反馈给相关老师，以促进学生满意度的提升。

- Oversee all pedagogy activities of students, enforce the academic rules and regulations and provide learning support to students.

监管学生所有的教务活动， 确保学生手则严格执行，并为学生提供学习帮助。

- Analyze and build-up pool of students and alumni.

分析并建立学生及校友信息。

- Benchmark on the up-to-date information about EMBA program in the local market, including the communication, course feature and price, etc.

负责收集市场上同类产品的市场方案（包含文宣，课程特色，价格等）。

- Oversee Administrative activities on EMBA programs, including but not limited to provide logistic support for Professors and visiting speakers in areas of accommodation, transportation and visa application.

监管EMBA项目所有的行政活动安排，包括但不限于安排老师及受邀演讲者的住宿、交通以及签证申请事项。
