1. Define the KA strategy to apply with global customer in terms of product and price conditions in Asia region. Deep analysis comprise of customer trends, innovation, market, competition of the organization and so on.

2. Build strong relationship with global representative key account manager to identify and progressing business opportunities in China to achieve revenue budget, CM and growth targets.

3. Build up strategic partnership with OEMs to promote our driveline solutions with new potential customers.

4. Identification, evaluation, and negotiation of business development opportunities with internal stakeholders as well as other IFA business units.

5. Price management with annual price negotiation

6. Acquisition planning and management, define year-by-year roadmap.

7. Handle requests for quotations (RFQ receipt, internal quotation arrangement, offer, negotiation, project nomination etc.)

8. Running project commercial topic responsibility.

9. Owner of customer satisfaction.

10. Market intelligence and competitor information.

11. Frequent travelling is required

Basic Requirements：

1. More than 5 years professional experience in automotive industry.
2. University Graduated as baseline.
3. English is a must both oral and written.
