职位描述：

1. Ensure of daily activities for maintenance are respected

确保日常活动进行维修得到执行;   

2. Contribute, in liaison with Engineering Department, to define technical specifications for alterations on existing equipment and facilities

与工程部，确定设备和设施技术规格，改建现有的设备和设施;

3. Coordinate both repair preventive and predictive maintenance implementation for all manufacturing equipment; 协调安排好所有的生产设备维修和预防维修工作   

4. Identify and develop standards for equipment repair, set up and operation;

确定和制定设备维修标准，并贯彻执行

5. Monitor the purchase and inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime

监控的采购和库存的备件和消耗品，以消除停机时间  

6. Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance;

不断更新维修相关的文件;   

7.Manage a team of maintenance technicians;

管理维修技师团队

任职资格：

1. Experience in Methods / Industrialization of 3 - 4 years;

有3-4年的工业化生产经验   

2. Experience in mechanics industry, ideally in automotive industry;

在机械行业经验，是在汽车行业;    

3. Working knowledge of Quality system and Health, Safety & Environment skills;

质量管理体系和健康，安全和环境技术的工作知识  

4. Advanced computer knowledge and skills;

先进的计算机知识和技能;    

5. Strong problem solving skills;

超强的解决问题的能力;    

6. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

超强管理人的技能，人际和沟通技能;  

7. Ability to work in a matrix organization;

团队合作能力;
