1. Analyze the market, search and develop new suppliers in order to build a strong supplier base;

2. Run RFQs to choose qualified supplier based on sourcing decision to achieve the project requirements;

3. Develop and implement commodity strategies, secure a stable supply of quality products at lowest total cost, ensure the delivery schedule can be achieved;

4. Negotiation aspects: negotiate with suppliers of all kinds of commercial agreements in order to optimize the price level, capacity, to ensure on time delivery with good quality;

5. Supplier Management: Manage and supervise the supplier portfolio in order to reach good supplier performance and reduce risk.

          

Requirements：

  

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical, mechanical or international trade specialty.

2. Minimun 2 years' technical purchasing experience in manufacturing industry.

3. Preferable project management or leading experience in purchasing area.

4. Excellent language skills in English Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP.

5. Dynamic, multi-tasked, fast paced and adaptive to high-pressure startup.

6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, possesses high integrity.
