You are responsible for:

Supervisory responsibilities

• Develop Dental sales and acquire new customers

• Define and implement dental sales strategy

• Set up new distribution and channel network cross China

• Build Opinion Leader group and organize dental lecture-collaboration

• Ensure the gross margin of the products, AR handling

Primary responsibilities

• Prepare the sales budget according to company target; define the corresponding sales strategy and market approach for Dental market

• Define the individual KPI to drive for result

• Acquire new customers and partner with global key account in China region to archive target and transparent cooperation for long-lasting growth prospects

• Build up distribution channel, performance review and align their market activities with company policy and strategy

• Maintain the long-term partnership with and align the strategy with Headquarter, to achieve business growth sustained

• Build local Opinion Leader group and organize dental lecture-collaboration

• Set accurate sales forecasting, complaint handling, promote and give technical support to customers to improve customer satisfaction and company brand reputation

• Attend dental seminar, big exhibition to improve the company brand and products awareness and recognition

• Formulate and implement the pricing strategy of customers and channels, review the pricing strategy regularly

• Collect competition information, customer preference to know how market trends

• Business development function, explore new product, new application, new business opportunities
  

  
  

  
  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

1.Related work experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience within the Dental field

• Strong network in the Dental industry

• Skilled in in customer acquisition and development

• Experienced of working in the international dental company, team management

2.Formal education or equivalent  

• Bachelor degree majoring in business, sales & marketing or medical related

• Channel build up, distribution management and End users education/training is a plus

• Customer Relationship Management training is a plus

 3.Skills

• Profound selling and negotiation skills

• Good command of spoken & written English is essential

• Good computer skills and analysis skills

• Good organizational ability and team player, customer-oriented

• Good interpersonal skills

• Cross-culture communication skills
