PURPOSE:

This role assists business finance manager for full P&L FP&A work for a major business unit. This role assists finance manager for Asia Pacific FP&A work for all business units. This role also takes full ownership to provide finance support to corporate functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Prepare routine financial reports, including weekly MTD report, monthly FX impact, product standard cost report, operation expense report, PPV analysis, etc.

Calculate rebate/commission accrual every quarter and make sure reconcile among pricing admin, accounting, and your own calculation

Assist finance manager for Asia Pacific routine & ad-hoc financial analysis, including actual performance review, full year projection, annual budgeting and planning process, etc.

Assist finance manager for process improvement and best practice sharing among AP business finance team

Update Asia Pacific Power BI dashboard and tailor to new features when necessary

Provide finance partner support to corporate function including HR, IS, legal, PSCD, and admin departments. Act as focal point for these functions on actual expense analysis / control, annual budgeting and other finance related matters.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or business management.

3+ years working experience in multinational companies, with at least one-year experience in FP&A. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Attention to details, quick learner and willingness to take challenges.

Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with SAP, BOBJ, Power Query and Power BI is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
