1. To establish and maintain site quality and management system, and ensure compliance with Hi-P corporate wide management system requirement

2.To build up and manage quality organization, competence development and quality trainings implementation.

3.To provide total customer satisfaction in terms of TQSC.

达到客户全面满意（技术，质量，价格和服务）。

4.To implement and manage Product Quality Planning.

执行并管理产品质量计划。

5.To manage Supplier Quality.

管理供应商品质。

6.To manage Quality related KPI and drive for continuous improvement.

管理公司质量关键绩效指标，并持续发展

7.Ensure Quality performance and Management System compliance by audit, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.

通过审核落实各项质量及管理体系工作，提出纠正预防措施。

8.complete other tasks assigned by the superior

完成上级安排的其他工作;

任职要求：

1.College with bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

2.Experience in the industrial filed > 5 years

五年以上相关行业工作经验

3.Experience as senior management> 3 years

三年以上管理经验

4.Be familiar with Quality Tools
