• 教育背景：具有纺织工程或相关专业本科学历；

• 多年纺织品生产线、验货、质量审核领域相关工作经历；

• 对纺织品生产流程、材料、功能、设计及可用性，具备丰富的技术/实践操作知识；

• 具有针对德国及欧洲法律范畴与市场质量要求的经验；

• 能灵活应对频繁的出差，包括拜访工厂及供应商（约占90%的工作时间）；

• 流利的中英文书写与口语交流能力；

• 专注于产品高质量与持续改进；

• 具有出色的动手能力与分析能力，开朗，自信，专业素养及问题解决能力。

                

工作职责：

  

• 积极协助香港纺织质量团队实施并持续改进卡福连集团的质量要求、政策及质量管理措施，来支持健康的商业运营及公司倡议的质量行动：

  

• 通过实施定期验货（产前会议、原材料检验、取样、初期生产控制）来协调关键订单管理项目及监管生产流程；

• 发现生产流程中的问题、开发可能的解决方案、采取恰当的系列措施、将问题报告给相关方；

• 通过在供应商和有关方之间不断的沟通，将项目进展简报提供给项目团队及质量团队；

• 通过综合的质量表现数据，维护项目概况；

• 作为审核员，与香港质量团队合作，实施质量管理审核，并在报告系统中正确提交《不符合项发现报告》，必要时对后续的更正行动流程进行跟进；

• 对处理顾客投诉进行支持，以防再次发生；

            

• 支持上海质量控制团队指派的任务；

• 公司指派的其他任务。

    

  

Requirements:

  

- Education: University degree in the field Textile Engineering or similar fields.

  

- Several years of relevant work experience in a textile production, inspection and auditing areas.

  

- Technical/ Practical knowledge on textile production processes, materials, function, design and usability.

  

- Experience with German and European quality requirements on a legal, as well as customer’s basis

  

- Flexibility to do frequent factory and supplier visits (90% of working time)

  

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

  

- Commitment to high quality and constant product improvements

  

- Analytical and hands-on approach, open, confident, professional and problem solving nature

  

Main Responsibilities:

  

- Actively support the Textile QA Hong Kong team on implementation and continual improvement of the Kaufland requirements, policies, and assurance activities to support of good business practices and company-wide initiatives.

  

• Coordinate critical order management project across China as well as overseeing production processes by conducting regular inspections (Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) / Raw Material Check (RMC) / Sample Picking-up (SPU) / Initial Production Control (IPC)).

• Work through identifying of the production problems, developing possible solution paths, and taking the appropriate course of action and escalating problems to respected parties where required.

• Provide briefing to project and operational quality teams regarding project development by ensuring consistent information exchange and communication flow between supplier and the respected parties.

• Maintain project overview with overall quality performance data.

• Work in coordination with QA Hong Kong team to execute quality audits across China as an auditor in-charge, submit non-conformance/assurance findings reports correctly into reporting systems and follow up corrective action process (CAP) where necessary afterwards.

• Support customer complaint handling to eliminate repeat issues.

  - Support SH QC team on assigned tasks as long as primary tasks fulfilled.

              

- All other tasks from the company.
