Responsibilities/Duties
Education, Experience & Qualities
1. At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
1. Be responsible for the Product Road map and specifically ensuring that all enhancement requests are documented, analysed, agreed to and prioritised.
2. Liaising with Services, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management with regard to understanding and documenting enhancement requests.
3. Based on feedback from the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in terms of technical feasibility and cost estimations and input from the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), define the Product Road map and communicate it back to all parties concerned.
4. Providing high level functional specifications for all enhancements and new features
5. Managing Demo data and scripts.
6. Creating demo videos.
7. Maintain Product descriptions and Fact sheets
8. Implementation of a system to assist with the documentation and management of the Enhancement Requests.
9. Implement procedures to ensure that Statutory requirements and changes are identified on a timely basis and included in the Product Road map.
Reporting
1. Responsible to provide regular updates of the Product Road map to executive management.

Education, Experience & Qualities
1. At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
2. Detailed knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll software applications.
3. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
4. Good Mandarin speaking skills are preferable.
