JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Demand Planning ( China and Rest of APAC)
1. Manage process to collect Project Pipelines and Bill of Materials (BOM) from the sales team
2. Raise Purchase Requests to meet the demand of the sales team
3. Provide monthly forecasts to the Ops Manager team and to third party suppliers
4. Calculate and provide procurement information on pre-orders
5. Provide sales team with visibility of the supplies
6. Follow up with sales team on their orders and delivery
? Demo Equipments Process (China and Rest of APAC)
1. Manage process for demo equipments request
2. Provide the cost for the sales team, get John or higher level approval
3. Raise PR for any equipments not in stock
4. Check when the all equipments are ready
5. Provide the forms and approval to Finance for processing
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years related experience in demand planning or logistics
2. Bilingual in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
3. Well verse in Microsoft Excel
