1. 根据施工方案，对现场设备安装的安全、质量、进度、成本等方面的控制，确保施工符合安全标准要求、质量满足规范及合同要求、进度满足合同要求、成本控制在合理范围之内。

2. 对分包的指导培训；施工过程中对分包供应商的现场人员管理。

3. 对现场仓库存放的设备及材料进行管控，如材料进场、检查、堆放及使用。

4. 项目进行中，保持与公司、业主方面有良好沟通及汇报，协调、维护合作单位及当地人员的关系。

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，电气或自动化专业，有电工证

2. 具备良好的项目管理及设备安装经验

3. 能适应长期出差及现场的生活工作条件
