l   Manage all projects in an accurate, timely, and profitable manner to deliver the highest standards of creativity and quality.

l   Manage the entire workflow of every job from creative process to production delivery in an efficient and effective manner.

l   Maintain tight control of all outside costs as well as internal resources to ensure that the maximum margin is achieved.

l   Manage time to meet deadlines without compromising quality, accuracy, or creativity and communicate issues immediately to the Team or the Department Head.

l   Determine the necessity of hiring freelancers of any capacity under a controlled budget and obtain consensus with Account Teams

l   Maintain and fine tune an integrated work process system.

l   Effectively manage the procurement of photography, illustration, and retouching (part of TV production work) in a creative and profitable manner.

l   Be an integral and proactive part of the team by providing creative and appropriate visual solutions.

l   Work out the minimum creative hours required for different kinds of items while ensuring that adequate time is provided for creative development; use as reference for preparing quotations.

l   Prepare a Production Estimate for Client approval.

l   Prepare a PO for Creative Service Director approval.

l   Initiate “close job” whenever possible after the job is completed.

l   Work closely with relevant Account, Traffic, and Creative Teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and management of teams’ expectations.

l   Work with Account and Creative Teams to understand the Clients’ brand and develop creative solutions to achieve maximum delivery of the brand.

l   Supervise and support subordinates.

l   Prioritize workload to ensure teams’ demands are met and managed

l   Ensure that all administration is of high standard (timesheets, color copies/proof records) and passes Agency procedures and is dealt with on time.

l   Proofread all Supplier contracts.

l   Attend all project meetings/briefings as required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

l   2 years working experience at an advertising agency (4A agency preferred).

l   Experienced in handling both local and overseas production house and suppliers.

l   A good and efficient team player, pro-active, motivated, detail-oriented and logically minded.

l   Good computer knowledge especially Excel and word.

l   Good written and oral Chinese and English (CET-6 or above).

l   Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
