1)        Respond to incoming repair/spare parts enquiries; 

2)        Create repair orders and spare orders, ensure follow-up with repair stations and OEM on the timely delivery and specific lead time; 

3)        Send products and service quotations to customers; 

4)        Provide exchange and loan services when required by customers; 

5)        Monitor parts reception, stock, shipping with logistics department; Coordinate with customs clearance issues; 6)        Issue invoices according to daily shipping information; 

7)        Participate in inventory planning forecast; 

8)        Co-ordinate shipping and liaise with logistics department on inventory availability in the event of AOG; 

9)        Advise delivery status to customers and edit KPI report as monitored by Sales administration supervisor; 

10)     Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with Quality system;   

11)     Liaise with billing & payment specialist to solve invoice issue of related customers and credit control;   

12)     Assist in the invoices checking in BaaN;   

13)     Other tasks assigned by superior      

Requirements

1)      College degree or above; 

2)      economy & commerce related major is preferred;   

3)      Customer service & logistics; 

4)      At least 3 years related working experience, aerospace industry experience is preferred; 

5)      Familiar with a fully integrated ERP system, 

6)      Well-versed in MS Office; 

7)      Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English; 

8)      Proficient computer skills; 

9)      presentation skills; 

10)   Responsibility and service oriented; 

11)   Strong communication and coordination skills; 

12)   Problem-solving skills;
