岗位职责:
1. Propose yearly marketing campaign topics, content and target audience with segment responsible in an annual marketing plan.
2. Plan the marketing buget for the relevant activites, to monitor and well control the budget.
3. To plan and execute marketing activities plans with segment responsible, ensure to conduct the marketing activities smoothly.
4. Prepare all relevant materials and documents including event agenda, invitation letter, advertising paper, registration form for all participants, etc.
5. Manage and coordinate with vendors to support the event.
6. Define, monitor and report on KPIs set for marketing activities.
7. Purchasing and payment process/system operation and maintenance to ensure all efficient marketing activities.
8. Leasing robot stock management.
9. Other tasks assigned by marketing manager.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Over 3 years working experience on event management is preferred.
3. Highly organized and ability to manage several projects with excellent attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication & presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. High proficiency in MS office（Word/Power Point/Excel）, especially in PPT, and master design softwares, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw will be a plus.
6. Team player, but with independent initiative and a problem-solving approach.
7. Capable to work under pressure.
8. Mobility and willingness to travel.
