Job Description
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates complex analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for analog and mixed signal electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Determines creative design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data. Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Applies and uses independent evaluation to selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. Evaluates practical capability of vendor to support product development. Also includes Analog, MixedSignal and RF Development Engineers with specialized skills and expertise in developing Monolithic Integrated Circuits for wireless and wireline communications systems and products using CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs Process technologies.

Qualifications

- As a key member of the Crypto ASIC product team, position is for a silicon design expert with hands-on experience in Structural design methodology, Custom Design and KPI analysis on advanced CMOS technologies. Candidate must have familiarity with Crypto ASICs to have experience in industry standard design techniques used is Crypto ASICs and low voltage design optimizations. Position requires an experienced ASIC/SOC Design engineer with experience in all areas of Structural Design. Primary responsibility includes evaluating Structural Design Methodology & Flows and Power/Performance & Area analysis. Responsibilities include interfacing with cross-functional teams and work with Design owners to implement solutions to meet product design, reliability and manufacturing requirements. Candidate will work as an expert on PPA analysis and KPI estimates including process node analysis. Work with teams in early design phase for Design Methodology Flows, area estimations, Floor-planning and package requirements. Additional responsibilities include power distribution, system/package level IR analysis, cross functional collaboration to verify, debug, and signoff system level design & reliability requirements.
