Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
-Develop infrastructure and core architecture for Internal system using N-Tier, SOA concepts
使用N-Tier和SOA的概念开发内部基础结构和核心架构
-Participates in business communications to understand requirement and propose alternative solutions
参与业务沟通，理解需求提成可行的系统架构解决方案
-Work with other Project/product manager to determine project scope, deliverables, time and effort estimation
与项目/产品经理协作确定项目范围、交付成果、时间及工作量的估算
-Identify project risks, and provide solutions to control/eliminate substantial risks
识别项目风险并提成控制/消除风险的解决方案
-Teaching and guiding developers to complete software development, and responsible for project and product quality
指导软件开发人员完成软件开发，对软件项目技术体系、软件产品质量总体负责
-Transfer and share knowledge inside the team
内部知识传授及分享
-Work also includes enhance, document, test, and support software systems
涉及包括性能提高，文件规范，测试等软件系统相关职责

Requirements:
职位要求
-B.S or M.S or above Degree in computer science, or related disciplines
本科以上，计算机相关专业
-Minimum of 10 years competitive technical experience with 5+ years as a System Architect and demonstrated success defining and designing excellent products architecture
10年以上技术开发经验，5年以上系统架构和成功产品设计经验
-Strong software design capability, familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools
强大的软件设计能力，熟悉OO分析和设计方法和工具
-Solid system experience of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
有SOA立体系统经验
-Skilled in J2EE platform- Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Tomcat
擅长J2EE平台中的Struts，Hibernate，Spring，Tomcat
-Skilled in Linux/Unix environment
熟悉Linux/Unix环境
-Familiar with open source search engine, such as, Lucene, Solr and Distributed System Hadoop/Hbase is a plus
熟悉开源搜索引擎，比如：Lucene，Solr和分布式系统Hadoop/Hbase尤佳
-Knowledge with Finance/Stock market is a plus
有金融/证券相关知识尤佳
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
