Job Purpose/ principal responsibilities

- Works in close contact with the Product and Technical Manager of Xella International stationed in Germany
- To facilitate the exploration of the potential market in Asia Pacific regions, a high quality technical service, along with high quality products, shall be delivered to our clients. The position will provide important support in deep understanding of local architecture codes and technical transfer in market entry phrase and support training and quick feedback to end user or distributors’ inquiries.

Job Description/ specific duties
A. Technical environment monitor, research and assess.
- Collecting, translating and understanding the local construction or architecture laws, regulations and/or codes for the targeting export countries
- Feasibility study and market appraise from technical perspective
- Translate the local technical requirement and guiding the production team for any product innovation or test.

B. Project follow up and all-stage technical support to sales team
- Work with sales team and involved in all stage sales process, contributing to gain the order;
- Customer presentation and frequent communication with team members and clients;
- Quick feedback on any technical inquiries
- Work out technical solutions for individual project
- On site instruction to ensure the correct installation work

C. High quality product and application technical training for sales and clients as contractors, architects, distributors or builders.
- Set up the annul training program according to sales target
- Preparing all the materials, schedule and training presentations according to the business demands
- Follow up and collecting the feedbacks after trainings and keep improvement

D. Setting up technical files, test reports or documentations for marketing or sales purpose.
- Set up technical documents about individual market’s construction regulation, building materials requests and standard.
- Set up technical reference list for individual markets.
- Collecting and translating the international test reports for individual markets
- Initiate and drive the process in case the product test needs to be carried out by local demand.

? Projects hit ratios by providing technical support and service involvement;

Academic Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree of civil engineering or building related fields ( structural engineering is preferred)
