Project Manager: Communispace Shanghai
Brief Description

Communispace enables our clients to have continuous and ongoing engagement with their customers in order to listen and learn, thus creating innovative products and services that most benefit their customers. This Project Manager position is responsible for developing and managing end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of projects. This is a full-time position in our Shanghai office.

What You'll Do

There are three areas that you will be responsible for:
? Managing project planning and executing processes for community launches, working closely with our clients services teams in Shanghai.
? Managing the recruiting and sourcing process for communities, working closely with the local recruiting teams, other 3rd party agencies, as well as our sourcing team in the USA.
? Managing the new hire training, following processes and plans developed. Working with the training team in the USA to modify and enhance the plans as needed.

In addition, you will:
? Find, research, build and manage relationships with various 3rd party sources to recruit community members
? Run email deployments/campaigns to fulfill recruit requests
? Incorporate project management best practices into all activities (critical path, earned value, risk management, communications, dependencies, tracking, reporting)
? As part of project status tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate to Management
? Manage project documentation; communications, meetings, and required meeting follow up
? Facilitate collaboration across all functions and the Company overall
? Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery as well as high quality and continuous innovation
? Pitch in into other needs in this small office environment
? Find manage consumer research projects

Skills Required
? Bi-lingual Chinese/English (speaking/writing/reading)
? 3+ years' experience in project management experience in an agency or other digital asset/software/Internet company
? Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across all levels of an organization
? Strong computer skills
? Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities
? Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
? Ability to run and manage efficient meetings, driving towards decisions and actions
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Comfortable and articulate in working directly with clients
? Quick learner and able to troubleshoot
? Good work organization, including keeping department files and database up-to-date
? Knowledge of marketing research and online data collection is a plus!
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Education or training in formal project management practices and tools
