职责描述:
1.制定阶段性目标,完成销售任务及GMV目标;
2.基于商品品类、商品场景的内容包装和节日、促销活动等的平台类运营,制定app站内活动营销策略;
3.分析用户行为、收集用户需求、配合部门营销活动,对活动项目的结果进行总结和复盘,不断提升活动效果;
4.深入解读移动端网络购物者心理,和竞争品牌动态,结合运营调整策略,推动商品优化、客单价等业务指标;
5.提升运营效果,为商品销售提出合理改进意见不断创新运营方案、保证运营的长期快速增长和活跃。
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,5年以上服装品牌商品运营经验,3年以上电商相关商品工作经验;
2.熟悉商品运营模式及用户需求,具有敏锐的商品市场洞察力和较强数据分析能力,善于通过数据分析风险和机遇;
3.逻辑思考能力强,体系化思维。
