Vessel Profile with contact details set up

- to assist CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK director to set up team’s complete vessel profile, collecting all vsl profiles made by each individual desk manager

- to assist CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK director to set up profile of all contact details for each CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK client

- to assist CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK director to review the target fulfillment monthly/quarterly/yearly with all individual desk manager 

Desks Support including but not limited to            

- to collect all trade /marketing information and maintain/update our public profile of CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK   

- to send general notice out to all clients involved in CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK  

- to make /update general PPTs for VIP/SPECIAL DESK clients, together with each desk manager  

- to make relevant reports regularly or irregularly for CHINA VIP & SPECIAL DESK  

- to support desk sales for rate filing, create MARKET ID, organize TLI/SQ/SVC/DDSM filing, and make sure filing is properly done  

- to check freight manifest when GSC team finish auto freighting, to coordinate with GSC team to solve all rate issues, and make sure proper SQ/SVC rate applied  

- to look after 20+ GA clients, daily follow up and monitor, push and pull etc.

- to prepare all tender documents for CHINA BCO regarding tender arrangement.

Required Experience & Skills

1. Bachelor Degree

2. 3+ years working experience as commercial/sales support within industry

3. Customer focus with nice attitude, conscientious and responsible

4. Good communication skills, excellent in excel & ppt skill

  5.  Fluent in English and mandarin
