职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of circuit design like PLL, CDR, SerDes, LVDS, regulators, voltage and current reference circuit, etc.
2. Drive every phase of an IC project development: starting with product definition, design architecture, scheduling, technical design, layout supervision and design verification validation supervision.
3. Design circuits like PLLs, CDRs, SerDes, LVDS, Serial IOs, Regulators, Voltage and current reference circuits etc.
4. Follow quality processed to develop high quality product
Education/Skills:
1. The minimum requirement is an MSEE degree with 5+ years of analog IC design experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Candidate must possess experience creating and executing detailed yet effective technical presentations to internal groups and customers.
3. Proven analog circuit design skills is and absolute requirement as is an in-depth knowledge of circuit simulation tools such as Spectre, HPSICE or ADS.
4. A strong understanding of PLL/SerDes/ESD circuits is highly desired.
5. Familiarity with programming languages such as Perl, Matlab.
6. Practical bench experience testing and or evaluating broadband ICs is also highly valued.
