Main Responsibilities:

•  Management of the site according to project guidelines / project management rules and standardized processes of the business unit
• Contact person on-site for the customer
• Technical lead of on-site team and of external staff and subcontractors
• Responsibility for QHSE compliance as well as taking over duties for health, safety and environment (HSE)
• Reporting to project manager and line manager through standardized tools and methods in order to monitor on-site relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Continuous feedback to project manager and line manager about changes and obstructions
• Taking respective measures in cooperation with project manager and possibly line manager
• Responsibility for assigned project- and cost center budgets
• Responsibility for scheduling of installation work, commissioning, delivery and testing in close cooperation with shipyard and internal stakeholders
• Continuous risk/chance analysis as well as pro-active information towards project manager and line manager

  

Job Requirements:

•  Strong interpersonal communication as well as influencing skills
• Familiar with Electrical & Automation products including switchboard, converter, generator, emotor, automation, navigation and intercom
• Self-motivated, result-orientation, a high energy level
• Knowledge of shipbuilding
• have the initiative, team spirit
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to attend commissioning and sea trail
• Chinese (Mandarin) language as a mother tongue and fluent in English
• Good negotiation skills, teamwork skills
• Bachelor in Automation Engineering or equivalent knowledge through the experience
• 6 years related experienced in marine industry
