工作职责：

• Required retailing experience on ultra-fresh categories, F&V, fish or meat related

• Knowledge on national standardization and related legislation

• Strategic OB development focus on differentiation & competitiveness

• Manage all packaging design for new OB development & re-launch products, in-line with the design manual defined by MCCI COBM

• Design agency collaboration & management, make sure all new launch milestones are well scheduled

• Developing with right benchmarks (both internal & external)

• Appropriate marketing & promotion activities for OB new launches & post on shelf maintenance, with right marketing tools including METRO mail, digital marketing channels, in-store promotion/tasting, merchandising & product knowledge training

• Work with QA together for strong quality commitment, in respect of tasting, factory audit and lab tests.

• Routine sales tracking in terms per BD/per store / per brand / per customer segmentation

• Packaging background
