 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   / AUTHORIZATION LEVEL           

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to VIPColor channel partners and direct accounts across China.  

- Working directly with sales channel to provide field assistance, technica guidance,  regular  sales  and  technical  training.     

- Assisting the sales channel with product integration and media selection.  

- Addresses all technical questions about VIPColor products and assist enqueries from email, phone or online.

- Serving as the main POC and interface between VIP Color, reseller and the customer (if necessary).      ·        

- Collecting and updating information on all competitive products,  including  software  and  hardware  compatibility  and  technical specifications, as well as in-depth   knowledge  of  VIPColor  markets and applications. 

- Providing technical trade show support with setup and applications. 

- Help  integrating 3rd party solutions with VIPColor printer (e.g.  media and accessories).      ·         

- Resolving product issues in order to help   win sales and prioritizing follow-up on  any product  issues requiring  customization or field adjustments with R&D.? Ability to implement any   changes in the field quickly.? 

- Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English. 

- Performs  other duties as assigned Authority:   ·          

- Provide technical assistance   to Customer Issues   ·         

- Escalate to Sales Manager / APAC Sales Director of Critical Customer Issue

 EDUCATION and   EXPERIENCE                       ·         

- More than 3 years of experience in computer   industry in areas of customer/?system support and/?or technical product   marketing.?    ·         

- Good knowledge of printing products and   concepts.   ·         

- Quick learner of concepts of label printing,   provide first line of defence in handling customer enquiries and issues. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once   and complete them according to pre-arranged deadlines.   ·         

- Ability to   troubleshoot and guide customers to extract correct information to resolve   their problems.   ·         

- Ability to work independently under pressure   and tight deadlines and tenacity to follow up on customer issues internally   and externally until a solution is found and given to customer.   ·         

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Power   Point, Excel, Word), Knowledge of graphic and label design programs, (such as   Adobe Illustrator and Bartender) will be preferred.     ·         

- Ability to travel frequently and relocate to   another city in China if required.

- Pleasant, yet assertive personality in   handling the situation in the best interest of both customer and company   ·        

- Ability to work independently under pressure   and tight deadlines and tenacity to follow up on customer issues internally and   externally until a solution is found and given to customer.   ·         

- Additional knowledge of languages (especially   in English/Mandarin a plus).
