1. Communicate as liaison between headquarter and mills to ensure correct and timely flow of program information both ways.

2. Stay on top of new program production processes, including approval for lab dips, labels, insert, preproduction samples, testing etc to make sure mills ship on time, report to Product Development Director when any unusual happening.

3. Monitor order quantity and frequency to make sure mills do not have extra cost due to below MOQ.

4. Work with mills, headquarters purchase department and HSP Shipping coordinator to consolidate PO shipment

 5. Other duties as required.
