Job Responsibilities:

· Be in charge of the supplier quality verification and improvement.

负责供应商供货质量的验证及改进。

·Maintain the control plans for the incoming inspection, implement incoming inspection,fill in

anomaly report to suppliers for nonconformity and follow up their corrective actions.

维护进货检验零件控制计划，实施进货检验，确保正常的生产进度.

对于批量的不合格，帮助供应商制订整改报告并验证其有效性。

· Keep JDE available of incoming inspection goods & NOQ stock.

保持JDE系统中不良品实物与系统一致性，按时对不良品做出处理意见并及时处置。

·Responsible for NOQ stock and make sure JDE is in concordance.

Dispose monthly acc.to company’s policy. Meet the target.

保持JDE系统中进货零件的动态管理及不良品库存动态管理。

·Be in charge of samples inspection report and keep in touch with GVTM the status of samples validation.

负责样品检验并出具报告及与法国总部保持关于样品完成状态的沟通。

· Be in charge of engineering modification concerning the update of the incoming material.

负责有关工程更改中进货原材料的改版事宜及其处理。

· Implement supplier improvement plan annually, such as regular audit, make reports and follow up the

corrective actions from supplier.

实施年度供应商改进计划，例如：定期审核，制订改善报告及跟踪供应商改善措施的有效性。

· Follow up the measurement tools calibration frequency, keep calibration reports.

落实年度计量器具校准计划及日常保养计划，保存校准报告。

· Monthly reporting on quality issues regarding KPI index of supplier performance.

月度供应商业绩指标完成情况报告及整改措施制订及落实。

· Verify the root cause if the incoming material impact the production, make appropriate actions with

supplier and solve the problem immediately.

验证在制造过程中所发生的进货零件质量问题，及时制订相应的整改措施并落实。

Job Requirements:

· College background in mechanical field. Good understand of mechanical drawings.

机械类专科以上背景。良好的识图能力。

· Good computer skills (PC software).

良好的JDE操作系统使用能力及办公软件使用能力。

· Good communication abilities.

良好的沟通能力。

· Familiar with ISO9001.

熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。

· Good English in Oral 、written and listening.

良好的英文听、说、写能力。

· At least 3 years in supplier quality control experiences in foreign company.

至少1年以上供应商质量控制经验。
