MAIN MISSIONS 主要工作职责

1/ After Sales and Services

· Organize and ensure development of After Sales and Services team in China

· In other Asian countries, participate with local BM on team development and workload. Is in charge of functionally managing results of After Sales and Services team for Asia

· Report to France about After Sales and Service activities in Asia.

· Accountable of cost and revenues of the department (travel expenses, global costs, sales of services…)

· Develop Service activity (increase sales turnover, samples and demo skills development, training, spare parts list management…)

· Following and ensuring customers satisfaction (samples, repairing, phone contact…)

2/ Customization

· Following activity report (costs, revenues, hours, management…)

· Validate supplier database

· Validate solution design and implementation till final acceptance by customer

· Verify procedure respect (samples done, Technical specifications received…)

3/ Laser safety trainer

· Training of employee about laser risks and safety rules to respect.

PROFILE 职位要求

BS in Mechanical and automatin, or equivalent. Master degree desirable;

Over 8 years relevant working experience;

Good management skills;

Native Chinese able to communicate in English(Frence very appreciated)
