Role Purpose

The digital analytics team is responsible for leading all the digital analytical engagements within Merkle. Our role is to design innovative digital analytics solutions to solve complex business problems. Through analytically derived insights, we often provide our clients with visibility into their business while systematically leading them towards improved business performance.

As part of the team, you will be engaged in a variety of digital analytic projects with online user behavior data collection and integration on top of big data platform. To be successful in this role, you will need strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change. Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborating with your co-workers is essential.

• 有能力对业务逻辑，系统进行排查与分析

Key Skills and Experience

• 计算机等理工科专业的本科/研究生毕业生
• 两年及以上MarTech，电商，CRM或相关行业工作经验
• 熟练掌握Java 或Python至少一门编程语言。熟悉常见架构。
• 熟悉ES6语法，了解AJAX、DOM等前端技术，熟悉常见的网络协议
• 熟悉Linux下的工作环境,了解常用的Shell命令,熟悉代码管理工具git
• 熟悉常见的分布式框架原理。有阅读源码和二次开发的能力或经验
• 良好的英文阅读能力。
• 有良好的英文口语表达能力，或强烈的学习意愿
