5、协助办理员工入职报到手续，试用期考核及离职手续办理。

6、协助处理企业内部员工<劳动合同>纠纷，劳动争议及诉讼，仲裁

7、搜集准备相关立案前期证据，拟写答辩书面材料。

8、跟踪诉讼或总裁案件案情进展并及时反馈。

9、对后期仲裁结果进行分析，并给出合理的建议和意见
