Responsibilities

· Analyze China market trends and translate into creative solutions which tieback to the overall NE design direction.

· Own projects from beginning to end: from concept briefing to final presentation, through layout and production hand off

· Collect relevant information needed to create China-local collections.

· Design and develop creative graphic (headwearapparel) solutions to supply the needs for China market consumer.

· Own the creative process to make sure that the final design meet brand image and business growth.

· Translation of creative ideas into accurate tech-packs including all relevant sketches & artworks.

· Present ranges and collections internally and help with presentations, which support the launch of ranges and products.

· Collaborate with marketing team to ensure holistic storytelling and holistic brand look and feel.

· Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consumer and brand focus.

·Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals.

· Assist in any design project when requested.

· Produce status report

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors

· Background in graphic design

· Expert knowledge of design related software is required (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop)

· Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate ideas to a team and integrate feedback and direction

· Ability to deliver work in a timely and brand appropriate way

· Knowledge of the printing and production process is a plus

Personal and Leadership Qualifications

· Communicate in Mandarin and English

· Minimum of 3 years graphic design experience.
