职位描述：
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert to join our LA or Shanghai team (based on preference). We are seeking a passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator who has a proven track record managing and growing social channels, preferably for career-related content. This job is the intersection of creative, marketing, technology, and content creation. Our ideal candidate is highly creative, extremely social-media savvy, motivated, and has a deep understanding of social voice, tone, and style.

1. Create impactful ideas and campaigns that bring our employer brand to life.
2. Strategize, implement, and measure social marketing campaigns across all relevant channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, facebook, TikTok, twitter.
3. Produce social content from scratch, including text, images, videos.
4. Develop tactics that help achieve the department objectives.
5. Manage social communication, consumer listen and response, and brand sentiment analysis.
6. Report on campaigns and evaluate campaign performances to determine success and areas of growth.
7. Create high-quality content such as articles from scratch and support/manage editorial functions for the global employer branding team.
职位要求：
1. BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, publishing, editorial, creative (brand or agency) required.
3. Expert in developing social marketing strategies that are native to individual channels and demonstrate tangible ROI.
4. Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social media and internet culture.
5. Preferably Knowledge of employer branding content.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. High-proficiency in English, both oral and written.
