Description:

• Master channel management, particularly on E-commerce. Set up E-commerce channel infrastructure from 0-1.
• Manage pricing balance between on line and off-line and develop pricing strategy for E-commerce.
• Align with marketing about the portfolio strategy for E-commerce.
• Lead O2O model development and execution.
• Work with marketing to create winning campaign for E-commerce.
• Farmers purchase behavior analysis based on big data to set up sound CRM system.
• Lead sales negotiations with key customers and close final deals
• Control orders and administrative process of sales to key accounts
• Coordinate and overview supply side and delivery process to key accounts
• Accountable for other new business channel development including other on line or off-line model and work with cross functions to deliver results.
• Give training to colleagues about E-commerce to enable the organization.
• Accountable for managing credit risk and on-time collection for his customers: credit matrix development and credit composition in collaboration with CFS
• Ensuring proper product stewardship and compliance with EH&S, sales processes and company policies
• Developing contacts and strong relationships at senior management level with key accounts

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• +5 years experience in a related field.
