工作职责：

a. 支持和督促服务部经理履行其工作职责。

b. 负责销售部日常工作的行政管理，指导协调和监督本部门员工具体工作。

c. 积极了解市场动态，配合总部销售总监及上海公司总经理制定销售策略，例如销售目标，价格定位等。

d. 制定销售计划，组织团队开展业务，督促并支持业务员进行客户开发，维护良好的客户关系。

e. 督促并监管销售工程师完善预算体系，在职务权限内批准报价。

f. 督促销售业务员跟进项目实施，完成业务回款。

g. 配合售后服务部门工作，为其制定装机服务日程、开展备件业务等提供相关支持。

h. 定期向总经理和总部销售总监进行业务汇报。

i. 制定销售费用预算并监督执行。

j. 制定下属员工的岗位职责并监督执行，管理本部门员工，对部门员工进行评估和考核。
k. 负责组织部门员工的业务培训。
l. 负责本部门固定资产的使用和分级管理。
m. 指导本部门和其他部门的协调工作。
n. 上级领导交付的其他工作。

要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，主修制造业或经济学专业者优先
2. 五年以上相关行业销售经验，3年以上团队管理经验
3. 独立开拓业务能力强，有创造力，能洞察市场
4. 有责任感，擅于交流，能够维护良好的客户关系
5. 具有团队合作精神
6. 英文听说能力强

Responsiblities:

a. Supervise and support Service Manager according to his scope of authorities.
b. Manage sales department, guide and monitor the job of the sales team members.
c. Analyze the market tendency; support the sales director in HQ and GM in Shanghai to set the sales strategy, for example turn over target and pricing policy.
d. Set sales targets and support sales colleagues with the customer acquisition and build customer net.
e. Supervise the project engineers to generate the pre calculations, and approve the supply on customers within his scope of authority.
f. Supervise and support sales staff to follow up the sales orders and projects. Follow and collect due payments.
g. Support service team for its installation scheduling and spare parts sales.
h. Report regularly to GM and sales director in the HQ.
i. Set sales expense budget and control the cost.
j. Define the job descriptions for the subordinated staff and is responsible for their performance appraisal.
k. Responsible to qualify the staff of the sales & service department.
l. Responsible for the fixed assets of sales & service department.
m. Responsible for the co-operation with other departments in the company.
n. Fulfil special tasks according to the management instructions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above is required, Major in mechanics, marketing or economics related are preferred;
2. 5+ years working experience as sales in machinery manufacturer is required,with knowledge of relevant productsis preferred, 3+ years of management experience is a plus;
3. Independent work capability, creative and solution-oriented;able to catch marketing tendency
4. Sense of responsibilities, good communication and coordination skills, good planning and execution skills;
5. freiendly with team work;
6. English listening and speaking.
