Purpose of Position:
Support "Quality First" project to enhance quality control in production process and assist the assembly team to achieve the targets (Quality, cost, productivity, customers and employees satisfaction).
Core Accountabilities:
1, FMEA review, FMEA sample making and testing, analysis and training to related person.
2, Responsible for phase-in/ out parts, intensive assembly test.
3, Working in shop floor. assembly and repair the tools.
4, Responsible for support in the short PA test and analysis.
5, Involve quality control plan to instruct the set-up, patrol, and final inspection.
6, Leading assembly line repair team for set-up, patrol and final inspection for process quality control to meet high standard requirements.
7, Leading delivery team for set-up and maintain the logistic work for the assembly line.
8, Support in training and qualification to line operators.
9, Manage and archive analysis reports and documentation.
10, Support Production and participate CIPs on technology etc.
11, Cooperate with quality team to solve quality issues.
12, Work according to Hilti philosophy - Team Work, Continuous Improvement, etc.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1, Unversity graduate (min. bachelor degree in mechanical engineering).
2, 3+ year process control or production management experience.
3, Good understanding and experience in 5S.
4, Proficiency in English is a must.
5, SAP operation knowledge is a plus.
6, Anlytical and organizational skills.
7, Sperior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications.
