职位描述
Core Accountabilities:
1.Build training system, design annual training plan, and optimize training process to align with business development.
2.Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify, plan, develop and implement effective training solutions and ensure to meet the objective of training.
3.Assist internal trainers to deliver the required business management and culture training programs.
4.Work closely with corporate training team in other countries to fully utilize the resources available from corporate and roll out the training programs.
5.Maintain records on training program attendance, programs offered. Consolidate training reports.
6.Deliver HR key courses as internal trainer. Plan, organize, implement internal technical exchange courses.
7.Assist Head of HR in the planning, execution and optimization of talent development strategy and initiatives.
8.Review training policy and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of training and the according execution.
9.Lead/Participate in the HR projects and provide related support for HR Projects, drive progress/ schedule, and resolve project issues in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR systems.
10.Labor relations management (Employee Satisfaction Survey, staff complaints, personnel dissension, employment arbitration).
11.Perform other projects or assignments as requested by Head of HR.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
University graduate, not less than 2 years experience in training field
Good computer skills in all MS office software and SAP applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Fluent in English and Mandarin, can deliver training courses in English
