Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping

• Timely and accurate maintenance of the local books of accounts, including AR, AP, stock, expense reports, accruals, capital accounts, payroll, taxation & intercompany etc. Coordinate with the bookkeeping firm and review their jobs
• Be responsible of the cost calculation of the factory, organize the month-end stocktaking, performs control procedure on costing process, monitors product cost to ensure consistency with costing management demand

• Review the tax declaration (VAT Corporate Tax, etc.), ensure government compliance, Monitor and investigate the new tax policies, optimize the tax burden of the company
• Maintain the settings of financial system, improve and make it fit to the request of the company
• Provide train and guidance on the daily jobs of subordinate

Reporting

• Monitors cash flow of the company, prepare weekly AR / AP aging report, cash forecast, management of AR collection

• Preparation of consistent and reliable financial data to the management, with comparison analysis for the monthly review meeting with HQ

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly & year-end close in close coordination with HQ

Auditing:

• Supporting in the annual statutory audit process including the preparation of financial statements, providing (consolidated) management account and other document required for both local and HKG auditors

Other Ad Hoc tasks as required

Qualification and skills:

• University Education in Finance, specialising in Accounting/Auditing
• More than 6 Years’ experience of qualified finance work, including at least 2 years Supervisor experience, preferably within an international company
• Finance Qualifications (Desirable: intermediate-level accounting certificate, CPA, CTA)
• Good command of Written & Oral in English
• Fluent in ERP systems, Microsoft (High Excel skills required)
