Position: Senior IT Field Support Engineer

Location: Shenzhen, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as IT face of Shenzhen/Guangzhou offices

• Providing IT support to computer users within the all China offices (including Remote/Home office users in China)

• Initial troubleshooting of IT problems, work with Global IT team & Global Helpdesk team to resolve them.

• Follow all company’s IT filed procedures and policy.

• Cooperate with global IT team in project deployment and share information across the organization

• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license

• Liaising with external support (the link person)

Required Skills:

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

• 4+ years of IT field support or IT system administration experience.

• Strong computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products troubleshooting skills

• Good Windows/Linux/MacOS support skills, Experience on network & PBX maintenance(Avaya is preferred).

• Knowledge of virtualization(Hyper-V/VMware) and Cloud(Azure/AWS) technology is preferred

• Self-motivated, active, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to work as a team

• Good in written and spoken English.
