SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIEW
职责：
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for increasing revenue for the organization from the accounts he or she is managing. Responsibilities include:
数字客户经理的职责是为帮助其管理的客户提高收益，包括：
1. Ensure all clients receive quality customer care.
确保所有客户享受到高质量的服务。
2. Manage all aspects of the project, from estimating costs, managing budgets, allocating resources and creating reports for clients.
全方位的项目管理，包括：成本预估，预算管理，资源分配，为客户创建报表等。
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, achieving sustained revenue for agency.
建立并维系紧密的客户关系，为公司持续创收。
4. Develop market for agency service offerings by evangelizing effectively to potential clients.
开发公司业务市场，有效发掘潜在客户。
5. Collect and analyze market information, providing timely feedback on market trends and participating in market development plans.
收集并分析市场信息，及时提供关于市场趋势的反馈，参与市场开发计划。
6. Attend business meeting with clients, representing the agency to the best of his/her abilities.
参与客户会谈，充分展现公司形象。
7.Co-ordinate activities between the client/brand marketing team, agency and the creative/production team.
负责客户及品牌营销团队、公司、创意及产品团队间的沟通及协调。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, marketing or media related majors preferred. Overseas academic experience preferred.
教育程度：本科及以上学历，市场营销或媒体相关专业为佳。有海外留学经历者优先考虑。
2. Language: Bilingual (English and Chinese).
语言要求：中英文流利。
3. Professional: Over 3 years of account management experience, with digital media or video marketing related experience preferred. Overseas experience preferred.
三年以上客户管理经验，有数字媒体或视频营销相关经验为佳。有相关海外工作经验者优先考虑。
4. Good communication and coordination skills, with good abilities in presentation and convincing.
有良好的沟通技巧和协调能力，表现力强，善于说服别人
5. Capabilities in project management, working efficiently in delivering milestones under pressure.
项目管理能力强，可承受较大工作压力，高质高效地完成工作任务。
