Job Description工作职责

· Daily BI solution basic support, including: data collection（including interface）, data cleaning, ETL workflow, BI reports and data governance.

日常BI解决方案基础支持，包括:数据收集(包括接口)、数据清理、ETL工作流、BI报表、数据治理。

· Optimize existing databases structures in order best determine how to consolidate and aggregate data in an efficient and scalable way. Design and code all aspects of data solutions, could build out an Operations data warehouse.

优化现有数据库结构，以***地确定如何以高效和可伸缩的方式合并和聚合数据。设计和编写各方面的数据解决方案，可构建一个可操作的数据仓库。

· Create and propose technical design documentation, which includes current and future ETL functionality, database objects affected, specifications, and flows and diagrams to detail the proposed implementation.

创建和建议技术设计文档，其中包括当前和未来的ETL功能、与之相关的数据库对象、规范、流程和图表，以详细说明所提建议的实现。

· Monitor the backlog and ad hoc request queue along with peers to fulfill data & reporting needs for internal and external reporting in a timely manner. Become a subject matter expert in report generating best practices and be able to produce ad-hoc analyses quickly

监控商业智能系统后台日志代码，处理临时增加的报表分析需求，及时为内部及外部报告完成所需数据报告。成为报告生成***实践的专家，并能够快速为临时增加的分析需求生成分析报告。

· Deep understanding of business logic, identify information gaps within the organization by discussing data needs with commercial, finance, operations, and marketing teams

· Dashboards leveraging PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView and other such business intelligence tools to provide operational insight

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, and often ambiguous environment

Requirements

· 3+ years of work experience writing and debugging advanced SQL queries (ETL, data modeling, data mining, database design, business intelligence architectures, etc.) with large-scale, complex data sets in a business setting

3年以上编写和调试高级SQL查询(ETL、数据建模、数据挖掘、数据库设计、业务智能架构等)的工作经验，在业务环境中处理大型复杂数据集

· 3+ years of relevant experience in BI solution design and development, dashboarding best practices, data modeling, architecture, and process mapping. Could use BI visualization tools for reporting services, preferably Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI.

3年以上BI解决方案设计和开发、仪表盘***实践、数据建模、架构和流程映射方面的相关经验。可以使用BI可视化工具报告服务，***是Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI。

· Basic knowledge of Big data (HDFS, Event Hub, Spark), and AI (ML, DL, NLP)

具备大数据(HDFS、Event Hub、Spark)、AI (ML、DL、NLP)基础知识

· Experience Data governance and data security, including database security configurations, administration. Knowledge of GDPR, CSL, or other related laws and regulations.

熟悉数据治理和数据安全，包括数据库安全配置和管理。具备GDPR、CSL或其他相关法律法规的知识。

· Meets/exceeds MBA’s leadership principles requirements, functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.

满足/超过梅赛德斯奔驰文化中心管理层对该岗位原则性的、职能、技术深度及复杂性要求。

· Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree. Excellent both Chinese and English.

商学、统计学、计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业本科以上学历。良好的中英文听说读写能力。
