Responsibilities:
1.Study product to determine room for improvement through collecting feedback from production and understanding the nature, strength & weakness of the product itself.
2.Acting as a bridge between R&D and manufacturing, evaluate and test product released by design engineer to confirm the reliability, functionality and compatibility of the product through conducting numerous tests.
3.Maintain BOM and raise ECN as required if any change to the product occur through raising ECN document and explaining the changes during the meeting
4.Support production to ensure the test requirement needed for product is carried out through conducting training and explaining the tests to operator, etc.
5.Suggest alternate cost down parts to meet cost reduction requirement.
6.Line and facility set up for new product introduction.
7.Manufacturing yield improvement activities
8.Production support for all manufacturing line related problem
9.Push and track related suppliers to solve the electrical parts problem, assure good quality
Requirements:
1.Degree in Electrical Engineering
2.At least 2 years in Engineering Assistant or Engineer in Manufacturing
3.Know Products Transfer, ECN, FA Knowledge and maintaining of BOM. Perform test report.
4.Must communicate in fluent English with Suppliers and Customers
