Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring the daily output meet the set quality target & specification. Also to ensure that the daily operation perform according to the set quality system conform to customers' specifications and internal quality system requirements.

Reporting Hierarchy

Reports directly to QA Manager

Primary Responsibility

· Coordinate and supervise the implementation of quality plan, control plans, written procedures and work instruction for overall quality control.

· Supervise and review implementation of engineering change notices (ECN's).

· Conduct occasion audits to ensure that the quality system is clearly carried out as per procedure.

· Liaise with CQE, PE, ME on all quality issues, as such to perform evaluation on manufacturing process, reject investigation, corrective action (Continuous Improvement) to reduce the customer claim and field return.

· Assist the verification and disposition of MRR's, supervise the control of Reject Area for non-conforming materials / products on the production area.

· Generate quality reports (daily / weekly / monthly) and call for meeting to further improve through details analysis. Conduct daily quality issues and improvement with inspection.

· Assist Quality Management Representative in implementing and maintaining the ISO and safety System.

· Assist to conduct internal quality audits (ESD, Safety, QMS, EMS).

· Coordinate on ESD requirements and review ESD compliance with customer / internal staff.

· Conduct quality training / cross training and certification for inspectors.

· Plan manpower to support daily / weekly OT to support production.

Requirements:

? University Degree or above in Statistic, Physic, Tool and Die, Electronics & Mechanical Engineering,

? 3 years and above experience in the any Manufacturing Operation
